Copper powder filter

A. Application:

This filter is mainly used for wire drawing cooling oil purification and impurity separation. It can effectively filter copper, iron, stainless steel and other slag particles and impurities in the oil, and continuously guide impurities into the stainless steel cloth box to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and prevent deterioration. The entire process is continuous and automatic, improving product quality, reducing labor intensity, and reducing environmental pollution. It is a supporting assistant for equipment such as wire drawing machines, deep hole drills, grinders, machine tools, and machining.

B. Structure of Equipment:

This filtering device mainly consists of main components such as a cloth receiving box, filtering frame, conveying horseshoe chain mesh, transmission drum, rotary table, reduction motor, leakage water tank, filtering cloth, liquid level detection switch, electrical control box, etc.

C. Technical Specifications:

1. Applicable rack: The overall rack adopts national standard 6MM iron plate laser cutting and precision welding, without deformation or leakage.

2. Filter cloth size: 760mm wide × 100 meters long (the used filter cloth is directly transmitted into a rectangular cloth box)

3. Motor power: YE3-1HP energy-saving motor+reducer

4. Water inlet method: direct or indirect water inlet, left or right (6 inches at the water inlet) × H800 ≤ 850mm, center height 320mm)

5. Transmission belt: Adopting customized horseshoe chain 304 # stainless steel mesh.

6. Leakage prevention device: uses nitrogen spring automatic tension to prevent leakage detection.

7. Rated voltage: Three phase/380V electric control has manual and automatic control (automatic control is achieved by floating ball limit).

8. Appearance size: L920 × W800-850 × H800 mm, weighing approximately 350-450KG.

9. Color: blue (customizable according to requirements).
