A Equipment usage:

1. This production line can produce metal sheaths for railway signal cables, flexible fire-resistant cables, medium voltage cables, high-speed copper alloy through ground wires, and other cables using different molds. After accurately cutting the clean copper strip (aluminum strip or stainless steel strip), it is formed by welding a specialized mold for longitudinal wrapping. Continuous butt welding is carried out under inert gas protection, and the product is formed by stretching, sizing, and rolling.

2. Welding of aluminum metal sheath for NG/A-BTLY isolated mineral insulated fire-resistant cables.

3. Copper tube welding and rolling marks of YTTW flexible fire-resistant cables.


B Process flow:

Cable core laying out → Cable core guidance → Cable core tension control → Metal strip laying out → Metal strip splicing → Metal strip precision cutting → Scrap edge winding → Precision longitudinal wrapping forming → Argon arc longitudinal seam butt welding → Cooling lubrication → Tensile sizing → Negative pressure blow drying → Traction → Wrinkling → Printing → Wire tension control → Reeling and winding of wire.
