Configuration and technical requirements

A. Purpose

This wrapping machine is designed for sintering insulation wires wrapped with PTFE film tape, polyimide tape, PTFE film, and polyimide composite tape. It is mainly used for producing high-quality, high-temperature resistant wrapping insulation wires of conventional and special specifications, as well as environmentally friendly materials for water treatment. This production line has the characteristics of small loss, long service life, convenient and simple operation, and economic practicality. The equipment performance is excellent, and it has been used and produced by multiple manufacturers. The process is mature, and it has a high market share among similar equipment suppliers in China.

B. Equipment composition

This production line can be further upgraded and configured according to the actual situation of the manufacturer. In this production line, the unwinding and rewinding spools are provided by the user. The top exhaust system, gas source, power line, and on-site lighting of the sintering furnace will be installed by the customer according to requirements.
