Triple stranding machine

Suitable for twisted pairs of LAN cable and control cable cores, the unwinding rate can be set according to the wire requirements within the range of 0-100%, so that the wire can meet the requirements of the stranding process (excluding those that cannot meet the testing standards due to unqualified raw materials), and the speed is improved by more than 30% compared to previous unwinding machines. The unwinding machine is set at 33%, and the twisting speed of the twisted pair is assumed to be 1400 rpm, with a stranding distance of 10MM and a production capacity of 28 meters of wire per minute. Triple stranding is assumed to have a rotational speed of 1600 rpm, a stranding distance of 10MM, and a production capacity of 48 meters of wire per minute. Compared to the production capacity, triple stranding is 30% more than traditional stranding.
